James M. Jackson’s Guest

I am getting a bit shy about tooting my own horn.

Still, I wouldn’t want to have you miss out on a fellow blogger’s interesting site and his Seamus McCree mystery series. And I do so appreciate all the opportunities which have come my way. So, for a little bit more about me and a whole lot about James M. Jackson click HEREΒ and HERE.

  2. Another nice interview, Carol! I hear you on the wondering about wasting your time part. Sometimes I have moments like that. But luckily, usually they’re fleeting and then I get back to work.

  3. Carol never feel that you are tooting your horn. People who follow you are interested in your achievements. I know I am. I always like to hear great things you are up to and what your little writing quirks are. Writer’s curiousity. πŸ™‚ I’m happy for your ongoing recognition, You fully deserve it. P.S. I went on James’ site and clicked to nominate his intriguing book Ant Farm and sadly, once again, Canadians aren’t welcome to vote 😦 What is it with us and Amazon? Are we really a third world country?

    • Thanks, Debby, for your encouraging words.
I also tried to nominate Jim on Amazon and got the same message. I told Jim about it he wasn’t aware. That’s really not good for him. Have a great evening. πŸ™‚

    • DG — Thanks so much for trying to nominate Ant Farm. I don’t understand why
Amazon only allows those in the US to participate because when they publish, they make the books available worldwide.

      • You are very welcome. And I know how infuriating this Amazon issue can be on several fronts with Canadians. Imagine paying for advertising to promote your book on a kindle countdown, announcing it to your Canadian friends, only for them to find, they aren’t invited to the sale price. 😦

  4. I enjoyed reading that Carol. I don’t think you should be shy about tooting your own horn though. You should be proud of all you’ve accomplished. I wish I had enough time to read 5 books a month.

  5. PS: I commented on your comment over at Veggies…today, on the hat post. πŸ˜‰ Didn’t want you to think I was making a big deal out of such a small number! LOL
