What is time to a dog? I know that the longer I am away from Bau, the more excited he is to see me. Perhaps a 45 minute visit at the hospital with these sweet girls is equivalent to a day’s work for him.

Our dogs are the same way, Carol. They greet us effusively, especially if we’ve been gone a while. I’m not sure, though, if they have the same sense of time passing that humans do; that’s an interesting question.
Bau, you deserve a good rest. The work you do is important, and you give very generously when you’re on duty.
