This is my Covid-19 Hairdo. It’s a mess, I know, and I can hardly see. I’m just grateful for my exceptional sense of smell!
A dog’s sense of smell is its most powerful sense…It is so sensitive that [dogs can] detect the equivalent of a 1/2 a teaspoon of sugar in an Olympic-sized swimming pool.
You can read more about my amazing sense of smell HERE.
Oh, Bau, I know exactly how you feel! I have a pandemic hair look, myself, and can’t wait to get it cut. I try to keep it in perspective and remember how fortunate I am to be safe and healthy. But, yes, it’s irritating as all get-out, isn’t it?

Safe and healthy is a whole lot better than a good hair cut and lots of grey roots. Thanks, Margot, for stopping by. β€

With your long stylish hairdo Bau, your messy look could well be the new trendy fashion of the day !! πΆπ©π

Bau, you are handsome whatever. You don’t need no fancy haircut to prove otherwise. x

I know the feeling, Bau π I had the same problem until last week. It’ll get better soon and it’s worth the sacrifice. Just remember, you’re doing it for Carol and all those nice people out there. π

Just like us humans, I know our cute pup was happy to be handsome again. Groomers opened up the beginning of May, even before hair stylists! Bau is sooooo cuuuuute!!! β€ to you both.

Groomers only open up last week and hairdressers next week. I was able to get an appointment for myself on July 14! There’s a whole backlog. Thank you, Ellie for being here. I so appreciate it. β€

That is really cute. Hadn’t considered haircuts with dogs.

Thanks, Jacqui. In between going to the groomer I try to brush his hair so it doesn’t get all mated, otherwise, the groomer will just shave him because of the knots. π He’s not so cute when shaved.

What a scruffy hound! What’s wrong with a jar of Brylcreem and a neat centre parting, hmmm?

LOL! β€ Brylcreem? Do they still make that stuff?

Bau, you are as cute as ever but it sure can be frustrating with too long and messy hair! π I’m impressed with a dog’s sense of smell … would be most useful when I can’t remember where I hid my chocolate (from myself!)

Oh, Annika, don’t mention chocolate – that can be lethal for a dog, especially a small one like me.
Thanks. Annika, for stopping by. Hope all is well on your side of the pond. β€
