Suzy Paradise, a character in my book The Dating Club, dreams of becoming a pastry chef. In the meantime, between her job teaching French she delivers her pastries to a famous Cafe. These photographs are pastries which my daughter, Catherine, made in her course on becoming  a pastry chef. I thought they would be just the kind of pastries which Suzy makes.
